OUR OFFER
SCHEDULE
4 days per artists, from Thursday to Sunday (including setup and removal)
1 artist per month.
⇨ We are looking for artists to exhibit from February to April 2023.
The exhibition schedule is as follow:
Thursday - Installing
Friday to Sunday gallery open from 12PM-7PM
Sunday evening: removal
* The artist must be present at all times during opening hours and must install and remove her works.
* The organiser will not be responsible for any damages that may occur during the installation, the exhibition or the removal.
* The artist is in charge of bringing in and out her pieces.

EXHIBITION FEE / 4 days
¥15,000 (tax included)
※ This amount will be required from the artist after she has passed the selection process.
※ The application fee are to be paid during the application process and are not comprised in the exhibition fee.
CONDITIONS
・The event will be advertised on the project website (www.onaprojectroom.com) and the Instagram page (@onaprojectroom). The selected artists must provide ONA project room with the main visual of the exhibition, a text in Japanese explaining the exhibition concept and a “profile” text giving information about her experience as an artist.
・The venue is admission free. No admission fee will be taken from the visitors.
・The exhibitors who wish to sell their works will be charged 30% of the price of the work as a handling fee. The packing and the shipping of the sold works will be at the charge of the exhibitor.
・A DM will be produced by ONA project room. If other paper communication tools will be produced by the artist, we ask her to contact ONA project room before printing for a fact check. Please do not post about the exhibition until the event is announced on ONA project room platforms.
・Opening reception can be hold after discussing details with ONA project room. Artist are responsible for providing beverages/food if previously agreed with ONA project room, and are responsible for cleaning the space after the event is finished.

＊ 展示·搬⼊·搬出の期間中に作品と展示スペースにできたダメージはアーティストご自身の自己責任になります。
＊ 作品の搬⼊·搬出はアーティストご自身の負担でご準備をお願いしています。

イベントのハガキをONA project roomで制作します。
→ 広報のため、出展アーティストに作品画像、顔写真、展示コンセプトのテキストとプロフィールをお願いしております。
→ 会場は入場無料です。
→ 作品の販売は可能です。 販売を行う場合は手数料30%をいただきます。作品売買時のやり取りや梱包・配送などはアーティストご自身の負担となります。
→ オープニングレセプションは、ONA project roomと詳細をご相談の上で開催できます。 ONA project roomと事前に合意した場合、アーティストは飲み物/食べ物を提供し、イベント終了後のスペースを掃除する責任があります
